I wouldn't have completed the repair using the Harley Davidson manual. This manual told me a few tricks that worked very well. I've used Clymer manuals in the past and they've always been a great source of information. Highly recommend them.

l Like to have the info on hand for what I may be doing myself and the cost is right for a specific manual for my HD FLHTCUI.

It's got everything in it you'll need to do whatever you need to do to your bike. The electrical diagrams are super helpful and save hours of tracing wires and circuits to find little problems that you'd pay an arm and a leg to have someone fix.

Good details and helpful for the novice and experienced. A bit too much detail for the novice but it helps doing simpler jobs. Would be nice to have a "Harley for Dummies" for those of us who just need some help with throttle adjustment, oil changes, lamp replacement and other simpler jobs that don't require special tools and diagnostics.

Purchased this as a new item and the one I received was used. Had dirty fingerprints in the engine section.

The book is great it showed you everything you need to know from start to finish and easy to understand

this is no replacement for the actual shop guide. too much specific info is left out, and lemme tell you: when you're hip dip in parts, the devil is in the details. splurge for the official shop manual: you won't regret it.

I have suffered from insomnia and staying awake for up to two hours frequently during each night's sleep for the past five years. That includes going into another room and reading for a while to rid myself of the anxiety I've experienced from not being able to go back to sleep. I've also read in the past Say Good Night to Insomina by Harvard Doctor Gregg Jacobs, The Sleep Revolution by Huffington as well as numerous articles in magizenes, and on the Internet. I developed severe insomnia that, after several months, was threatening to become chronic. I took alprazolam, then trazodone, then temazepam. As my medicine cabinet slowly became a collection of barely-pronounceable sedatives, I saw no real solution ahead. I augmented the drugs with sleep hygiene, mindfulness meditation, and even a few ‘natural’ aids like melatonin, Chamomile, kava, etc. I still suffered from sleep anxiety. I still dreaded bedtime, knowing that, if I didn’t pop some pills, I would wake up after an hour or two and be up most of the night. My next step was to schedule an appointment with a sleep specialist, but I decided to read this book first.I’m cautiously skeptical of glowing reviews, and I certainly don’t write them very often. But I’m not exaggerating when I say that my sleep pattern (or lack of one) changed immediately after finishing this book. I felt my anxiety evaporating just halfway through it. The myriad internet articles, listicles, blogs, advice columns, and pseudoscience garbage that I’d driven myself crazy with instantly became irrelevant. Much of this book is devoted to a basic understanding of the science of sleep in an approachable, often very funny way. As the mystery of my sleep problem vanished, so went my fear. Through simple sleep restriction with a rock-solid earlier wake-up time, I finally solved my bout of insomnia, going from 1-4 hours of sleep per night to a minimum of 7. CBT was the answer, not drugs that almost rhyme with ‘marzipan’. Mmm… marzipan.This book may not be the magic potion for everyone, but I think it’s absolutely essential reading… even if you’re happy with your sleep.

This book is informative, helpful and most of all funny. It’s about time someone wrote a book about sleep that doesn’t put you to sleep. This book goes into detail of the different sleep issues and ways to treat them in a way that anyone can understand. Great job!

I have read this book two times now and just had to tell you it is in my opinion the best book I’ve ever read on sleep. I have read so many books on sleep in the past 10 years as I have suffered with chronic insomnia. This book took away my fear that I was not sleeping, and made it clear I was sleeping, just not a good sleeper. I’ve seen a sleep doctor who has worked very well with getting my circadian rhythm back on track. But this book in some way gave me comfort, and has helped me to get more sleep and rest. The author’s honesty and humor in the book is very appreciated. I read the book the second time to remind me of what is going on with my sleep when I get back into thinking I’m not sleeping. I have my own copy, but just purchased another copy for someone else as a gift. This book was life changing. It got me to think about my sleep issue in new ways. Not just another sleep book! This one is different, and better than all others I’ve read, and I’ve read a lot of them! Thank you for a wonderful book, and your great writing skills in presenting the information to the reader.

Ever since my insomnia started due to anxiety I have been nonstop googling "insomnia" and looking at internet resources involving anything sleep related. I came to the conclusion that I would die... Not exactly sure of what but just that I was not okay... Until I read this book! Even after reading the first few chapters I found myself sleeping better. As Dr. Winters writes in the book, there really is something to understanding how sleep works! His words about insomnia were comforting because it really is just fear and understanding that concept is super helpful. When you google insomnia all you hear is how detrimental it is when really, as the book clearly states, insomnia is very different from actual sleep deprivation. I needed to hear that! My body will sleep when it needs to was another good concept. I was downright sad when the book was over. It was such a comfort to me!My sleep isn't perfect still as I continue to battle with my anxiety on a daily basis, but just the peace of understanding what's going on and working towards improving my issues has helped a lot! YES, I will sleep. NO, I Won't die from insomnia.

I bought this book SPECIFICALLY to find solutions for my BROKEN sleep...NOT insomnia. I am able to fall asleep, but I wake up at least once a night, sometimes more. The title here in this book is deceptive, since the actual topic of "Broken Sleep" isn't even mentioned....nor are there any solutions for BROKEN sleep. Again, I do NOT have insomnia, I suffer from BROKEN SLEEP. No real solutions here, and for anyone suffering from broken sleep, save your money. BAD BOOK.

I was underwhelmed by Danielle's first cookbook. It's beautiful, without a doubt, but it didn't quite meet my expectations (I wasn't following her blog at the time, so I wasn't familiar with her recipes at all). When this one came out, I decided to give her another shot, and I'm so glad I did.For starters, the recipes are much less labor-intensive (and turn out every time!). With a full-time job and three young kids, I don't want to spend hours in the kitchen every night, and there are many options here that allow me to get a nutritious dinner on the table quickly. In addition, I purchased her first cookbook during a Whole30 and found that many of the recipes were off limits because they contain honey or maple syrup or are Paleo versions of off-limits foods. I'm on a Whole30 again and am finding plenty of things to cook in this book. (I actually sat down with both books last night to do my meal planning and had to put away the first one because I found myself salivating over all of her bread and dessert recipes.) The treats section of this book seems much less extensive, which I personally prefer. In general, this cookbook contains more of the Paleo fare I hope to find in Paleo cookbooks (more meat and veggies and fewer treats and breads).One of the best things about this book is that the portion sizes are much more realistic than in the first book. In fact, I find that sometimes the number of portions is understated! If there's one thing I hate about meal planning, it's running out of meals before I run out of week. :) I love that I can make a meal out of this book and know that there's going to be at least enough food for a second meal. That saves me time in the kitchen!The only complaint I have from her first book that is still relevant this time around is that some recipes call for meat in half-pound increments. If you have a Whole Foods or other store where you can get a specific amount of meat from the meat counter, I'm sure this is a non-issue. However, where I live, I have to order grass-fed meat from a farmer, and it comes frozen in one-pound packages, so it makes it more difficult to make those recipes unless I have a plan for the remaining half a pound of meat. This seems to be the case mostly with the quiche-type dishes, so I think I could just double the recipe and bake it in a large pan and avoid that problem altogether.Unfortunately, I haven't tried her meal plans and shopping lists as I prefer to do my own, but they look spectacular. I know how much work it is to plan, and she clearly put a ton of work into the meal plans for this book.Overall, I am really impressed with this book, and most of the recipes I've tried will make it into my regular rotation. If you're debating between her first and second book, my vote is for this one, no question.

I have so many things to say about this cookbook but I'll start with my favorite aspect and the reason I'm giving 4 stars.Con: It is simple. Upon first receiving it and glancing through it I was a little disappointed that it seemed sparse and recipes for mayonnaise, cauli-rice and chicken stock stuck out at me. Roughly just over 100 recipes and some of them very basic. I understand why the basics are in here but I didn't expect so much beginner 'education' in a second cookbook. Seems like those of us buying it would be familiar with paleo terms/shopping already. However, as is my custom, I read through it cover to cover and that is where the real value of this book comes out.Favorite: Those few reviewers that are unhappy with this book aren't realizing that the real value is in the unbelievable amount of time and work that Ms. Walker put into making 8 weeks of meal plans! If anyone has tried to do this on their own they'll really understand how valuable this is. We're talking 8 weeks of coordinated recipes, 8 weeks of shopping list and elaborate recipe indexes. This book is a two month meal plan and yet also a fully functioning cookbook. These recipes all work together, and leftovers are designed to be used in a new recipe (if desired). No longer do you have to open a can of coconut milk and hope the reminder doesn't go to waste, she accounts for so many of the little details like that.So far each of the recipes I've tried have been wonderful. Actually, every recipe I've tried of Danielle Walker's has been wonderful. Tried and true. To elaborate, here are the things I love about this book:- meal plan with shopping lists- indexes! By ingredients, meal type, allergens/dietary preference, time/one-pot/crock-pot and a photo index- tear-out menu plans and shopping lists. I'm telling you she thought of everything! The tear out pages are duplicates, so people like me who normally wouldn't use them for fear of losing the info. The fact that they're duplicated means I'm more likely to use them.- more nut free recipes! I'm not allergic but I don't like all the phytic acid in nuts and there are several almonds worth in a few tablespoons of almond flour.- the photos are great, and I appreciate that each recipe has one- although advanced cooks might not need a lot of the filler in this book, I appreciate that I can recommend this book to anyone beginner or veteran and both will find benefit.- again, I'm so impressed with the coordination and organization of this book. It's so elaborate and yet everything can stand alone too. There is so much time put into this cookbook.- storage tips. I have leaky gut and was getting diarrhea about 3-5 times a day prier to this diet. I want to cry when I talk about how amazing this book is. It saved my life. I even started a fb group where I post pictures of each meal I make from this book. I already have 200 followers. My anxiety attacks have stopped completely and I am no longer depressed. When I need to sleep I go right to sleep now And when I wake up I actually got good sleep. I have also been taking a probiotic and vitamins for my leaky gut in addition. Worth every penny.

I love the daily questions that make me think about stuff I don't. It's an everyday time out for me now.

Some good, but mostly s.o.s. I was hoping for promos that would really make me question myself and things in a deeper level or new, yet in read or thought of ways! Seems like too many books of "how to write," or books on memoir/ journal writing, not enough that really bring something new, fresh, challenging or inspiring! Must I make that book a reality myself?! Lol!

:First of all, would I recommend this journal? Yes, I would. I guess if you are here on this page,you are looking for a one year, discovery journal with (different) daily questions. This bookcompletely provides that. I’ve tried a couple of daily journals with daily questions, and so far thisis the best book out there. Not because the questions are breathtakingly unique (although laterin the journal the questions are a lot more provoking, uncovering and sometimes a bitintimidating), but because there seems to be a certain structure in both the questions, exercisesand quotes throughout this journal. This way this journal has a profoundly positive effect if youreally use it every day (one question per day). Plus, it covers all areas of life with an emphasison your own strengths and being thankful. You have to follow through though, to experiences thebenefits of daily journaling in general and this journal specifically. The questions are mostlyuplifting and inspiring. Later on the questions become more intimidating, and uncovering, but Iguess that’s needed when you want to improve yourself. I would regard this journal as a perfectguide for a daily habit of self-improvement. The book delivers on its promises and if you have themotivation to follow through on a daily habit, this journal is an excellent buy! But if your intentionis just to just use this journal occasionally, I guess the benefit is way less…

This is a beautiful new edition of this book I've loved so much that I have carried with me to births for over 10 years! The author's presentation of the materials is thorough and thoughtful. As a health care provider, I find the organization to be really helpful. Unlike many other homeopathic texts, Patty Brennan writes in an approachable and easy-to-understand manner that is especially helpful in those moments at a birth when an attendant needs to look something up quickly and without an ordeal. Size of the book is perfect for keeping in your supplies bag. A must-have for midwives or doulas who work with homeopathy on any level.

As an IBCLC, I use this book all the time for my clients. I do carry it in my consultation bag! It has remedies for helping to increase milk supply and help with plugged ducts and infections. Great resource!
